Shipping & Delivery Information

All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM CST. This excludes weekends and US holidays. 
Please note, overnight shipping will only appear at checkout if this is available at the time of your purchase. 
All U.S. orders are subjected to applicable state tax. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment the OMBRE UMBRA product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on Ombreumbra.com, we will send you a confirmation email.
Our team will then process the order within 48 hours; we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time.
