• If you have received a different item from the one you ordered, we're sorry! We will get the right product to you; just email Jep@ombreumbra.com with the order details, and we will sort the rest!

• Please note we only offer returns if the product packaging is unaltered, the product is unused, the packaging is in a resalable condition, and the refund request is made within 5 days of the delivery.

There is no extra cost for exchanges, although exchanges are subject to availability & approval.

For any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines, we won't be able to refund your product.

If you have requested a refund on an order that includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
